Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients Bananas

Time to make: 7 minutes

Preparation:

Option 1

-Peel one banana cut in half and stick one end with a popsicle stick.

-Put in the fridge overnight in a BPA free plastic zip lock bag.

-Serve the next day.

-Enjoy!

 

Option 2

Buy an ice cream maker and grind bananas into ice cream.

Chai Chia Porridge

Ingredients:

Chia Seeds

Flax seeds

Cinnamon

Ginger Powder

Plain Stevia

Water

Alternative Option: Almond milk, cacao powder, chocolate flavored stevia

Quick Single Serve Version

Time to make: 15-20 minutes

Preparation:

Place 1 Tablespoon of each Chia Seeds and Flax seeds in a bowl.

Add ¼ t cinnamon, 1/8 t Cardamom, and 1/8 t ginger powder and ½ a dropper of plain stevia.

Add boiling water and stir.

Let sit covered for 10-15 minutes until porridge consistency.

Add almond milk if desired.

Alternative Option: Add Cacao powder and chocolate flavored stevia

Family Sized Blended Version

Time to make: 1-5 hours

Preparation:

Blend: ¼ Cup Flax Seed ¼ Cup Chia ¼ cup Hemp seeds in a blender with 1t Cinnamon, ¼ t Cardamom, ½ t powdered ginger or ½ inch of fresh ginger, 1 dropper stevia and 32 ounces of warm water.

Optional 1-2 T of Cacao for chocolate flavor.

Ginger Cookies

Ingredients

Walnuts

Minced ginger

Cinnamon

Vanilla powder

Coconut nectar

Stevia

Himalayan pink salt

Time to make: 1-5 hours

Preparation:

Place in a Food processor: 2 cups walnuts, 2T fresh ginger minced, 1T cinnamon, 1t vanilla powder, 1/8 cup coconut nectar, 1 dropped Stevia,       1/8 t Himalayan Pink Salt. Process till combined well. Either make cookies shapes or roll flat and slice into squares. Either place in a dehydrator for 5 hours if you want them soft or overnight if you prefer them crunchie. OR place cookies in the freezer for 1 hour.
