Why don’t we drink ocean water?

Question for you… why don’t we drink ocean water??? That’s right because we know the salt content will eventually kill us. So whyyy on earth would we remove the water and just consume the toxic component? It’s insane if you really think about it.

Yes you need some sodium in your diet to regulate fluids and transmit electrical impulses throughout the body but get it in the dose nature intended, in its whole original form like celery. I chop some celery up and bring it as a snack with walnuts. It’s delicious. Or I throw half a stalk in with my smoothie. It will enhance the flavors in the smoothie, just like adding a pinch of salt to baked goods. That way you can be sure to get the right dose of sodium.

Salt is an addiction just like sugar. The more you use the more you need. Once you get salt out of your diet and your taste buds reset, you will enjoy foods as they come.
