Tip #1: Be a Role Model
Kids do what you do not what you say! And studies show that the most powerful predictor of a child’s dietary patterns in their parents dietary patterns.
With this in mind, make it a priority to eat healthy while with your children. You simply can’t expect your kids to love vegetables unless you do. You need to practice nutritional excellence. And remember to include your spouse or partner on these new health objectives and mindset… Working as a team will have much faster results.
So first and foremost… become a role model! Make healthy food choices and you will be pleasantly surprised not only by your child enjoying the same but also by your newfound energy levels! A welcomed change I’m sure.
